Residential Manager—FT

Oversee staff and programming for two supervised living apartment sites (Dixon and Rochelle). Provides counseling/case management for the 8 clients at each site.  Supervises the Team Leader/Supervisor at each site.  Assists with planning programming that meets individual resident treatment goals.  Oversees compliance with regulatory requirements.  Requires Master’s degree and licensure (LCSW/LCPC).  Strong psychiatric RN experience may be considered.  $36,000+DOQ.

Addictions Clinician—FT or PT

Join one of the behavioral healthcare leaders in implementing evidence-based treatment alternatives.  Provide comprehensive mental health and substance abuse assessments, treatment planning, group and individual counseling and discharge coordination.  Billable expectations are 100 hours per month. Master’s required; license or near future eligibility preferred. CADC and knowledge of DASA 2060 strongly preferred.  Position operates out of our Dixon office or in community locations. $30,000+ DOQ.

Care Navigator

Use your engagement skills to encourage individuals struggling with mental illness and/or substance abuse to seek behavioral health and primary health treatment to improve health and reduce hospital readmissions.  This position will provide in-office and outreach services to address individuals’ basic needs (housing, food, clothing) as well as medical needs including prevention and wellness initiatives.  Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to coordinate with a team of multi-disciplinary providers will be key.  Requires QMHP.  Energy, enthusiasm and engagement skills are key to this position.  $30,000-$32,000+DOQ

Crisis Services Clinician

In response to the increasing demand for crisis services at our local hospitals, Sinnissippi Centers is strengthening our crisis services response system with the addition of a full time crisis clinician.  Seeking an individual with experience in providing recovery-oriented adult mental health/substance use crisis response.  On-call responsibility is a component of this positions as is flexible scheduling.  Work hours may include evening and weekend shifts.  Services will be provided primarily in hospital settings.  $30,000-32,000+ DOQ. 

Apartment Support Staff

Part-time and/or full-time opportunities are often available at our apartment sites in Dixon, Mt. Carroll, Rochelle and/or Sterling.  Job duties include supportive interaction with high-functioning adults with mental illness who serve as their own guardians.  Specific responsibilities may include skills teaching activities, supportive contact, medication monitoring and other special projects. Experience in a helping role is required.  Apartment sites are staffed on a 24/7 basis so varying shifts are available. $10.25+ per hour.
