Vice President/Chief Clinical Officer

This newly-created, management level position would maintain responsibility for the agency’s primary service areas—Adult Services, Child and Adolescent Services and Crisis Services—via a strong management team.  The position will supervise three Service Directors with ultimate responsibility for approximately 100 staff and a budget of over $7 million.  Working in collaboration with SCI leadership, the CCO will develop and oversee innovative programming, construct program budgets, and continue to foster collaborative relationships with our partners in the community.  Requires LCSW, LCPC or RN and 5-10 years of progressively responsible behavioral healthcare management experience.

Adult Services Supervisor-FT

We hold our staff to high standards of excellence and are looking for someone who is up to the challenge of fostering a commitment to quality in all levels of the organization.  Our staff are energetic and motivated and ready for your leadership.  In this position you would be providing supervision to adult services clinician in our Dixon office.  In addition to supervisory responsibilities, this position does carry a caseload and delivers approximately 70-80 hours of billable service per month.  Illinois MRO/DASA experience is very beneficial.  Position requires LCSW/LCPC and supervisory experience. $35,000+DO

Intact Services Supervisor-FT

Focused on families involved in the DCFS system, this working supervisor position supervises staff and works closely in the field with the parents and children to reduce the need for out-of-home placement.  This high-intensity, home-based position requires a Master’s degree and experience with the DCFS system.  License preferred (LCPC/LCSW). Computer skills and paperwork proficiency are key.  Leadership experience required.  $38,000+DOQ.

Behavioral Health/Addictions Clinician—FT

Join one of the behavioral healthcare leaders in implementing evidence-based treatment alternatives.  Provide comprehensive mental health and substance abuse assessments, treatment planning, group and individual counseling and discharge coordination.  Billable expectations are 102 hours per month. Master’s required; license or near future eligibility preferred. CADC and knowledge of DASA 2060 strongly preferred.  Position operates out of our Sterling office or in community locations. $32,000+ DOQ.

Behavioral Health Services Clinician-FT

Seeking a recovery-oriented, team player to provide in-office treatment services to youth or adult clients with a variety of behavioral healthcare needs.  Assessment, treatment planning, case management and counseling are all a part of this challenging position.  Master’s Degree required—LCSW strongly preferred.  Position operates in our Oregon, Sterling or Dixon office sites.  $32,000+ DOQ.  On call responsibility for additional compensation is also a part of this position. Loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps may be available for this position.

SASS Clinician—4 county area-FT

Provide intensive services to children at risk of psychiatric hospitalization.  Clinicians perform assessments, treatment planning, counseling and case management.  Bachelor’s degree is required—Master’s Preferred.  Travel within Lee, Ogle, Whiteside and Carroll counties as well as to Streamwood is expected.  On-call assignments (for additional compensation) are also a component of this position.  $29,500+DOQ.

Part-time Secretary/Receptionist

Part-time position available in our Mt. Carroll or other offices.  Greet clients, answer a multi-line phone, file medical records, monitor paperwork compliance and assist clinical staff with all aspects of excellent service to clients.  Requires clerical experience in a confidential setting, good keyboarding skills and an excellent customer-focused attitude.  Hourly rate of $9.77+ per hour based on experience.  This position works part-time to assist with coverage needs and may be assigned to other offices as needs arise.

Apartment Support Staff

Part-time and/or full-time opportunities are often available at our apartment sites in Dixon, Mt. Carroll, Rochelle and/or Sterling. (Current opening for a full-time employee in Mt. Carroll.) Job duties include supportive interaction with high-functioning adults with mental illness who serve as their own guardians.  Specific responsibilities may include skills teaching activities, supportive contact, medication monitoring and other special projects. Experience in a helping role is required.  Apartment sites are staffed on a 24/7 basis so varying shifts are available. $10.41+ per hour

On-Call Clinician—4 county area

Are you looking for overnight or weekend work?  Sinnissippi is now accepting applications for PRN staff to supplement our existing emergency, after-hours coverage.  We are the crisis provider for a four-county area for both adults and children.  Staff are assigned to coverage responsibilities geographically and by age competence.  Compensation is based on the coverage area and on a per-call-out fee schedule.  Master’s Level behavioral health training required and behavioral health crisis experience strongly preferred.  If you would like to hear more about this new opportunity, please contact Sinnissippi’s HR department via the contact information below.
