The Sinnissippi Foundation
Established in 1979, The Sinnissippi Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization which seeks to increase the ability of Sinnissippi Centers to provide quality, coordinated and responsive behavioral healthcare services to children, adults, families, and communities now and in the future. The Foundation advances the mission of Sinnissippi Centers by:
- Increasing public awareness of Sinnissippi’s mission by hosting special community events
- Inviting individuals, corporations and others to make charitable gifts to enhance current Sinnissippi client services and prepare for the future
- Awarding funds to selected Sinnissippi programs and services based on client and community need
Gifts made to The Sinnissippi Foundation support current programs and services of Sinnissippi Centers and will assist Sinnissippi in meeting future needs in our area.
Who Gives to The Sinnissippi Foundation
- Appreciative friends and family members of those who have been helped by Sinnissippi Centers during the agency’s thirty-nine years of operation
- People whose own lives have been affected by their personal experiences with Sinnissippi Centers
- Compassionate people who recognize Sinnissippi Centers as a vital resource for those with a serious and persistent mental illness, an addiction, or other significant troubles
- Community-spirited individuals and businesses who wish to ensure the availability of high-quality, affordable behavioral health services for all
- Current and former employees and board members who have a special knowledge of the many ways Sinnissippi’s services help to build strong communities
